MONITORING, EVALUATION, ACCOUNTABILITY AND LEARNING (MEAL) SPECIALIST (GRADE 15) 1 POSITION BASED AT THE NATIONAL OFFICE IN LILONGWE
Purpose of the position:
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Specialist will be responsible for a functional MEAL system for the Humanitarian Emergency Affairs (HEA) department. The MEAL Specialist will assume
responsibility for full-cycle monitoring and evaluation of HEA projects and initiatives, both new and established. Developing appropriate methodologies and tools to design evaluations, compiling reports, providing accountability and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the HEA department.
